The Raingutter Regatta is one of the great scouting traditions. Always a fun, and unique event. Scouts build their boats out of Balsa Wood. Scouts can decorate them by painting them, adding stickers, etc. The boats are then placed on side by side actual house raingutters. They are sealed on the ends, and filled with water. The scouts then use a straw to blow on the sails of their boats. First one to touch the end wins. Parents, join the fun. Bring your friends and family so they can see all the fun stuff scouts do.
